In winter:
from 6:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m
- 4-course dinner with choice of menu with traditional dishes of the Valle Aurina with a modern twist
- Vegetarian dishes
- Fresh salad buffet every day
- 1x dessert buffet per week
In summer:
- Cool, creative dishes at our partner restaurant STOCHAS
(the Stochas is located right next to the Sonnleiten – 1 minute walk or 50 metres) - The exception: On Thursday you stay at the Hotel Sonnleiten and visit our gourmet restaurant “Vita”, where a traditional “Hutessen*” awaits you.
*An atmospheric experience, where a hat-shaped iron pot, heated for cooking, is placed in the centre of the table. Here you can “hang” pieces of meat and let them roast to your liking. To complete the experience, a triumph of side dishes and sauces. Similar to raclette, but with an extra touch of originality.
